Most large to medium Real Estate brokerages insurance do not cover management and do not want their agents doing management as there is a lot of liability to them. By referring your clients to us you can still be involved and comply with your companies insurance. We have our own E&O.
If you refer your client to us they will always be your clients. We keep you updated on their leases and will notify you of any major events like lease renewal, tenant moving out, or any other major event that could trigger a sale. This way you can reach out to them and assist with the sale.
